What data do you collect?

HyperApply collects only the data needed to operate the service and provide your generated documents.

1) Account data

• your email address
• a securely hashed password (not your plain-text password)
• basic plan/subscription status

2) CV and profile data

• the base CV you upload
• the structured CV profile extracted from it
• any edits you make in the product
• generated CVs (and where applicable, cover letters)

3) Job/application metadata (history)

• job title, company name, and the job listing URL
• when you generated a document
• which template/writing mode you used
• links to your generated files

4) Job listing content (processed, not stored)

• the job description text visible in your browser is processed to generate your outputs
• the full text is not stored in your database history

5) Basic usage/diagnostic data

• feature usage events (e.g., “generate CV”)
• timestamps, error codes, response times
• aggregated counts used for reliability and fair usage
