These Terms of use govern your access to and use of the HyperApply Chrome extension and backend service. By using HyperApply, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility
HyperApply is intended for individual job seekers who are legally able to enter into a contract and who use the service for their own job search. Use by organisations for large-scale, automated or bulk activity is not supported.
3. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify HyperApply promptly if you suspect unauthorised access or use.
4. License and acceptable use
Subject to these Terms, you are granted a personal, limited, revocable and non-transferable license to install and use the HyperApply Chrome extension and to access the backend service for your own job search.
You agree not to:
- Use HyperApply for high-volume automated scraping, mass messaging or bulk actions on any job platform.
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits, security measures or access controls.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile or otherwise attempt to extract the source of the service, except where allowed by law.
- Use HyperApply in a way that violates applicable laws or the terms of the job platforms you use (for example, LinkedIn's terms).
5. AI-generated content and your responsibility
HyperApply uses AI models to generate suggestions, CV wording and cover letters based on your input and the job listings you view. The outputs are drafts and suggestions intended to help you prepare your own application materials.
You are responsible for reviewing, editing and verifying all generated content before using it, and for ensuring that it accurately reflects your skills, experience and qualifications. You should not use HyperApply to misrepresent your background or credentials.
By using HyperApply, you understand that your CV content and relevant parts of the job listings you view may be sent to third-party AI providers such as OpenAI in order to generate drafts and suggestions, as described in the Privacy & data policy.
6. No guarantee of employment
HyperApply does not guarantee job offers, interviews or any particular outcome from using the service. Hiring decisions are made by employers and are outside the control of HyperApply.
7. Intellectual property
HyperApply, including its code, design and branding, is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you. You retain rights to your own CVs, job application materials and other content you provide.
8. Third-party services
HyperApply depends on third-party services such as OpenAI (for AI processing), Supabase (for database and storage) and Lemon Squeezy (for payments). These services have their own terms and policies, and HyperApply is not responsible for their independent actions.

9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HyperApply and its provider will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits or opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.
In any case, the total liability for any claim related to the service will be limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim (if any).
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of HyperApply will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of İzmir, Turkey.
11. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time as HyperApply evolves. When changes are made, the “Last updated” date will be revised. If changes are material, a reasonable effort will be made to notify active users (for example, by email or in-product notice).
