This page explains what HyperApply is, how billing works, and how refunds, cancellations and disputes are handled.

1. About HyperApply

HyperApply is a Chrome browser extension with a supporting backend service. It helps individual job seekers create tailored CVs based on job posts they are viewing. HyperApply does not apply to jobs on your behalf and does not offer recruitment or employment services.

This email is the primary way to reach HyperApply for support, questions, cancellations and refunds.

3. Product type

HyperApply is a digital software product delivered as a Chrome browser extension with an online backend service. No physical goods are sold or shipped.

4. Payments & billing

When paid plans become available, HyperApply will use Lemon Squeezy as the payment provider for subscriptions and one-time purchases. Lemon Squeezy is responsible for securely processing your payment information and, where applicable, handling VAT and invoicing.

Your subscription, if any, will renew automatically at the selected billing interval unless you cancel before the next renewal date.

5. Refund policy

HyperApply is a digital product. In general, access starts as soon as your payment is confirmed. However, the goal is to be fair and reasonable.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using HyperApply as described and it cannot be resolved in a reasonable time, you can request a refund.
Refund requests should be made by emailing msatlihan@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase or renewal.
Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Abusive or repeated refund requests may be declined.

6. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date. After cancellation, you will keep access until the end of the billing period that you already paid for.

To cancel, use the customer billing portal provided by Lemon Squeezy (if available) or email msatlihan@gmail.com with the email address and order details you used for purchase.

7. Disputes & chargebacks

If you have an issue with a payment, please contact support first so it can be resolved quickly. Initiating a chargeback with your bank or card provider without contacting support may delay resolution.

In short, HyperApply processes the content of your base CV and the job listings you view to generate tailored CVs and related outputs for your personal use. Job descriptions from job listings are processed transiently and are not stored in the database. HyperApply does not sell your data to third parties.

9. Changes to this page

This legal page may be updated as HyperApply evolves, for example when new plans, regions or legal requirements are introduced. If you have an active subscription, significant changes will be communicated in a reasonable way (for example by email or in-product notice).
