Do you offer refunds?
HyperApply is a digital subscription product and access begins as soon as payment is confirmed.
That said, the goal is to be fair.
Refunds are considered case-by-case, typically when:
- a technical issue prevents you from using HyperApply as described, and
- it cannot be resolved in a reasonable time, and
- you request a refund within 14 days of purchase or renewal
