What happens when I hit my limit?

Each plan has a monthly limit for how many tailored CVs you can generate.

When you hit your limit:

  • you won’t be able to generate additional CVs until your usage resets, or
  • you upgrade to a plan with a higher limit (if available)

This is designed to keep pricing fair and prevent abuse.

  • Can I cancel anytime?

    Yes. You can cancel before renewal and keep access until the end of your current billing period.

  • Do you offer refunds?

    Refunds are evaluated case-by-case for unresolved technical issues, typically requested within 14 days of purchase or renewal.

  • How do I get an invoice?

    Invoices and receipts are typically provided by the payment provider. If you can’t find yours, contact support with your purchase email.
