Why was I charged again?
Most “charged again” cases are explained by one of these:
- Subscription renewal: your plan renews automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date.
- Plan change: upgrading can trigger an immediate charge depending on provider settings.
- Multiple subscriptions: using different emails/accounts can create separate subscriptions.
What to do:
1) Check your receipt/confirmation from the payment provider.
2) Confirm which email address you used to purchase.
3) If you believe the charge is incorrect, email support:
