Failed Payments and Retries
On this page
If you have a paid plan, your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel.
Sometimes renewals fail due to bank or card issues. This page explains what to expect.
Note: exact retry behavior depends on the payment provider.
Common reasons payments fail
- insufficient funds
- bank security blocks
- expired card
- incorrect card details
- regional or merchant restrictions
What usually happens
Many payment systems will:
- notify you by email
- attempt retries over a short period
- provide a billing portal link to update your payment method
If payment ultimately fails, plan access may downgrade or pause until payment is resolved.
What you should do
1) Check your email for a payment failure notice.
2) Use the billing portal (if available) to update your payment method.
3) If you need help, email support:
`hellohyperapply@outlook.com`
Avoiding interruptions
- Keep payment details up to date
- Use a card that supports international online payments (if applicable)
- Watch for bank security prompts during renewal windows
FAQ
Will I lose access immediately if a payment fails?
It depends on the payment provider’s rules. Many providers allow a retry/grace period.
Can you fix a failed payment for me?
Support can help guide you, but payment updates usually must be done through the billing portal for security reasons.
