To use HyperApply, you’ll sign in so the service can store your base CV, keep your generated versions, and track your plan limits.
Create your account
1. Open the HyperApply extension.
2. Choose Create account (or Sign up).
3. Enter your email address and choose a password.
4. Confirm the account creation flow.
Log in
1. Open the extension.
2. Choose Log in.
3. Enter your email and password (or use any available sign-in option shown in the UI).
4. After sign-in, continue to upload your base CV.

Account security basics
- Use a unique password you don’t reuse elsewhere.
- If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support immediately:
- `hellohyperapply@outlook.com`
Troubleshooting
“Invalid credentials” or login fails
- Double-check email spelling and password.
- Try copying/pasting the password to avoid keyboard layout issues.
- If you recently changed your password, log out and log in again.
I forgot my password
- Use the password reset option if it’s available in the sign-in screen.
- If you can’t access reset, email support with:
- your account email
- a short description of what you see
I can log in, but the extension seems “stuck”
- Refresh the job listing page.
- Close and reopen the extension popup/panel.
- Try signing out and in again.
