How Your CV Is Stored and Protected

security privacy cv trust

Your CV is sensitive. HyperApply is built to store your base CV and generated documents so you can reuse them—while keeping access restricted.

For full details, see `/privacy.html`.

What is stored

HyperApply stores:

  • your uploaded base CV
  • a structured CV profile used for generation
  • generated CV PDFs (and where applicable, cover letters)

This allows you to regenerate and re-download documents later.

How access is restricted (high level)

HyperApply uses common safeguards such as:

  • authenticated access (you must be signed in)
  • private storage (not publicly browsable)
  • restricted access to production systems and secrets
  • Use a strong, unique password.
  • Keep your device secure (OS updates, screen lock).
  • Sign out on shared machines.
  • If you suspect an issue, contact support:

`hellohyperapply@outlook.com`

What HyperApply does not do

  • HyperApply does not sell your CV data.
  • HyperApply does not publish your documents publicly.
