If you no longer want to use HyperApply, you can uninstall:

Email support at:

  • `hellohyperapply@outlook.com`

Include:

  • the email address you use to sign in
  • a clear statement like: “Please delete my HyperApply account and associated data.”

What deletion generally includes

HyperApply will attempt to remove or anonymise:

  • account profile data
  • stored CV/profile data
  • stored generated documents
  • application history metadata

What may be retained (limited)

Some records may need to be retained for a limited period due to:

  • accounting/legal obligations (especially if you made a purchase)
