How Cancellation Works

You can cancel a paid subscription at any time before renewal.

  • You can cancel before renewal and keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

How to cancel

You can cancel via:

1) the customer billing portal provided by the payment provider (if available), or

2) by emailing support with your purchase details:

`hellohyperapply@outlook.com`

Include:

  • the email address used for purchase
  • your order/subscription reference (if you have it)

What happens after cancellation

After you cancel:

  • your subscription will not renew
  • you typically keep access until the end of your current billing period

If you cancel on the free plan

If you are on the free plan, you can simply stop using the product and uninstall the extension.

Typically no. You keep access until the end of the billing period you already paid for.
