If you can’t log in to HyperApply, try these steps in order.
1) Confirm you’re using the correct email
Many login issues are simply using a different email than the one used to sign up.
2) Check for password issues
- Make sure caps lock is off
- Try pasting carefully (avoid extra spaces)
- If you recently changed passwords, ensure you’re using the new one
If you still can’t access your account, contact support.
3) Clear site data (if sessions are stuck)
Sometimes old cookies/session data cause issues.
- Chrome settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data
- Search for the HyperApply domain and clear site data
- Reload and try logging in again
Note: clearing data may log you out of other sessions.
4) Disable blockers temporarily
Privacy tools and ad blockers can interfere with authentication flows.
Try disabling them for HyperApply and reloading.
5) Try an incognito window
This helps confirm whether extensions/cookies are interfering.
If login works in incognito, the issue is likely a browser add-on or cached state.
6) Still can’t log in?
