Troubleshooting: Rate Limits and Quotas

If HyperApply blocks generation due to limits, it’s usually one of two things:
- you reached your plan quota
- you hit a short-term rate limit (to protect reliability)
1) Check your plan usage
Your usage counter in the product is the best signal.

If you reached your monthly limit, you can:
- wait for the reset, or
- upgrade (if available)

2) If this looks like a short-term rate limit
If you generated many documents quickly, the system may slow requests briefly.
Try:
- waiting a few minutes
- generating again
3) Avoid rapid repeated retries
If you click “Generate” repeatedly during an outage or a page issue, it can create more errors.
Instead:
- refresh the job page
- ensure the job description is visible
- then generate once
4) Still unsure?
