If you purchase a paid plan, billing is processed by a third-party payment provider.

This page explains how to get invoices and receipts in a practical way.

Where to find invoices/receipts

Most payment providers:

  • email a receipt after purchase
  • provide a customer portal where you can download invoices/receipts

Start by checking:

  • your email inbox (and spam folder)
  • the billing portal link included in your receipt email (if provided)

If you can’t find your receipt

Email support:

  • `hellohyperapply@outlook.com`

Include:

  • the email you used for purchase
  • approximate purchase date
  • the plan name (if you remember)

Taxes and invoicing

Where applicable, taxes and invoicing are handled by the payment provider as part of checkout.

FAQ

Does HyperApply store my card number?

No. HyperApply does not store full card numbers. Payments are processed by the payment provider.

Can I get a VAT invoice?

This depends on the payment provider and your billing details. If you need a specific invoice format, contact support.
